ABOUT THE BOOK

This book is for those seeking a deeper relationship with God. Each page begins with scripture and a short devotion, which may explain the scripture or offer a story to help the reader apply scripture to your life. There are contemplative questions to encourage the reader to pause, reflect, and journal. Then, the coiciding page offers a breath prayer with a stretch or excersize to help you memorize scripture.

This book is for anyone who wants to feel better in their body. Your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, don’t you think God wants you to feel good in your body? This book was thoughtfully put together to offer the reader a wide range of exercises for strength, coordination, flexibility, balance, and range of motion. It covers all parts of your body from your feet up to your head.

This book is also for my fellow leaders and fitness teachers. It’s challenging always coming up with new moves and new themes for class, that’s why we need each other! If you need inspiration and some new moves, you are not alone and you don’t have to keep going at it alone.
